1. Who we are

This website, z2runningstore.com, and the Z2 Running store are operated by SICLOPAY LTD, Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue 14, Office 1, 3070 Limassol, Cyprus ("Z2 Running", "we", "us"). You can contact us at support@z2runningstore.com.

2. Using this website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. To place an order, you must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Products and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars unless another currency is shown at checkout.
We try to show our products accurately, but colors can look slightly different on each screen.
If a price or product description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, a stock problem or a pricing error. If we do, we refund any payment in full.
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first at support@z2runningstore.com. We solve most issues within 2 business days, and it is faster than a dispute with your bank.

5. Discounts

Multi-item discounts and other promotions are applied automatically at checkout when available. We may change or end a promotion at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Z2 Running or its licensors and may not be used without our permission.

8. Product use and liability

Our products are accessories for running and exercise. Please use them as described and with care, and stay aware of traffic and your surroundings when using headphones or sunglasses outdoors.
Our products are not medical devices and are not meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any injury or condition. If you have pain or an injury, talk to a health professional.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Where the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your legal rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
